Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial service calls with minimal supervision.
- Analyze and diagnose customer issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Service and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning tasks.
- Deliver and remove parts and equipment as needed.
- Record call information and complete paperwork accurately.
- Communicate with dispatch to ensure accurate status reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Promote products and services to customers and generate sales leads.
Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities
- Report any unsafe acts, conditions, or hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Correct substandard acts or conditions within your area of control.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional training and 2-5 years' experience in HVAC.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, or local laws.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Technical training and proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment.
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tools and equipment.
- Effective communication skills and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
