Role Purpose:
This role provides support to Mark Anthony Brewing’s (MAB’s) inventory management process, with the objective to ensure MAB’s ERP system accurately reflects physical inventory movement throughout the MAB supply chain.
Accountabilities & Impact:
- Review and correct daily receipt, production and shipment transactions in ERP system
- Reconcile inventory in ERP system to physical counts to ensure inventory is accurate
- Review bill of ladings and correct transactions for any invoices that do not match receipts
- Partner with plant personnel to optimize various information flow processes in the supply chain
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Comfortable handling large amounts of data and detail, and having the ability to see the big picture and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs but also laser-focused at being able to execute standard daily and monthly responsibilities
