Lead supply planning function balancing demand, production, and inventory while optimizing service and cost. Enhance supply chain reliability and agility to fulfill the “best in craft” commitment. Implement industry best practices within a fast-paced, competitive market, driving a culture of collaboration and openness, enabling the team to quickly address and adapt to market dynamics. Prioritize team development, nurturing a culture of continuous learning, transparency, and shared accountability.
Accountabilities & Impact:
- Supply & Scenario Planning: Drive end-to-end supply planning that supports customer demand and operational targets. Ensure accuracy in planning parameter strategies and planning systems. Identify and escalate risk proactively. Optimize capacity planning, balancing resources across production sites. Collaborate with sites on effective campaign plans which support organizational goals.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory segmentation (ABCD), ensuring balance and optimization across all sites. Identify and drive risk mitigation on FGs and Subs aging inventory.
- Process Improvement: Oversee continuous improvement projects to increase planning efficiency and drive cost reduction.
- Build and manage a high performing team: Ensure effective onboarding and peak vs non-peak strategies are established, managed and executed to support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- 8 years of manufacturing and/or supply chain planning experience, 3 in Supply Planning preferred, minimum 3 in a manager role
- Additional post-graduate certifications / data visualization desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and results oriented

- Able to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables on-time

- Competitive annual salary from $135,000 to $170,000, based in Chicago, IL
