Lead the development and execution of Region Marketing Plan for the Liquid Refreshment Beverage (LRB) portfolio. The Manager- Partnerships and Events will lead regional A&P planning, regional sampling and event strategy, localized media (e.g., OOH, truck wraps), all while championing brand standards and national campaigns with the field sales function, customers and distributors. This individual will drive these field marketing plans and activate events to achieve Retailer / Distributor / Regional Sales objectives, and Brand & Consumer objectives (equity, relevance and loyalty).
Accountabilities :
- Lead development & implementation of a comprehensive regional marketing program to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the seven MAG US regions.
- Lead distributor & regional customer marketing communication
- Develop customized media plans with wholesalers and regional customers
- Champion Brand Standards and National Marketing Plan
- Adopt and adapt US playbook for local markets, performance reporting, and agency / vendor roster management.
- Partner with localized agencies to deliver best-in-class activation / sampling programs.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and representation across all regional marketing efforts, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
- Responsible for overall regional marketing planning & strategy, execution & coordination, stakeholder & agency management, metrics & reporting, budget management
