Title Enrollment Administrator
Description The Enrollment Administrator assists the Director of Enrollment with activities & services related to enroller onboarding, retention, & scheduling. The role is primarily administrative but requires good communication skills in dealing with Mark III staff, enrollment managers, & enrollers.
Responsibilities
· Processing new enroller onboarding paperwork. This involves getting them appointed with various carriers, processing background checks, W9’s, etc.
· Add enrollers to various enrollment platforms and update roles as needed.
· Keep enroller licensing current along with appointments and E&O coverages.
· Help track enroller production throughout the year.
· Schedule enrollers for onsite and call center assignments.
· Book travel for all full-time employees & 1099 contractors.
· Regularly review enroller assignments and enroller capacity spreadsheets to help avoid overlooked staffing needs.
- Provide ongoing support to the Enrollment Management Team as needed and directed by the Director of Enrollment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or a quick learner with the willingness to learn multiple enrollment platforms, a web-based call center, and a basic familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Local to Johnson City, TN – Will work primarily from the Mark III Johnson City office.
- Must have excellent grammar, writing and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment.
- Ability to work independently as needed and as a part of a team.
- Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work. Good planning and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate the activities internally and with field enrollment team to accomplish multiple deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and disciplined.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
