Responsibilities
- Perform regular groundskeeping duties trash pick up, and duties directed by property manager
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
- Light apartment maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or apartment maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and light apartment maintenance.
- General apartment knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation
