- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate and assist individuals with their insurance needs.
- Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing objectives.
- Develop leads and deepen relationships with our existing customers by providing insurance and financial services.

- Must have Personal and Commercial Lines insurance experience.
- FL General Lines (2-20) Property/Casualty license (must have currently)
