ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We are a successful State Farm office, located in Woodstock, IL for the past 32 years. As a Customer Service Representative with the Mark Mitchell State Farm insurance agency, you will join a winning team and generate exceptional customer experiences. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in a prompt, accurate and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs.
  • Provide professional and knowledgable advice regarding appropriate insurance recommendations.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage the risks of everyday life.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
  • Ability to work in a supportive team environment.
  • Able to study for and pass a Property & Casualty licensing exam.
