Responsibilities
Cleaning : Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas, restrooms, offices, and showrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Maintenance : Conduct routine checks and maintenance of cleaning equipment and ensure all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked.
Safety : Follow all safety protocols when using chemical cleaners and ensure the premises are free of hazards at all times.
Waste Management : Responsible for emptying trash and recycling bins in all areas, as well as handling the disposal of waste in a safe and environmentally-friendly manner.
Flexibility : Be willing to assist with additional tasks as needed, such as setting up for company events or moving furniture during renovations.
Collaboration : Work efficiently with other team members to ensure a seamless and clean working environment.
Requirements
Experience : No prior experience required; however, experience in janitorial or custodial work is a plus.
Physical Demands : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Attention to Detail : Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of attention to cleanliness and detail.
Communication Skills : Basic communication skills for understanding task instructions.
Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
