Responsibilities
Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory, ensuring efficient parts retrieval and management.
Assist customers and service technicians by accurately identifying and providing parts required for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Utilize parts catalogs and computer software to research and identify parts accurately.
Manage incoming shipments of parts, ensuring inventory is up-to-date and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and expertise in part selection and compatibility.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and department teams to deliver seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with new products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and services to customers.
Handle part exchanges, returns, and core returns efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field is preferred.
