Responsibilities
Customer Assistance : Greet customers warmly and assist them with locating and purchasing auto parts and accessories, ensuring they have a positive experience at Mark Porter Auto Group.
Inventory Management : Keep track of inventory, restocking items as needed, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
Sales Processing : Accurately process sales transactions, handle payment methods, and provide receipts while maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products to better assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Collaboration : Work closely with the service and parts teams to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in automotive parts retail or wholesale is preferred, but not required.
