Responsibilities


Client Engagement: Actively interact with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing informed guidance on vehicle options.

Sales Execution: Drive the sales process by handling all aspects of the buying journey, from initial contact to closing the sale.

Inventory Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle models, features, and benefits to effectively cater to customer inquiries.

Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in the auto industry and leverage that knowledge to educate and assist customers effectively.



Requirements


Experience: Previous experience in auto sales or a related field is preferred. GM Sales experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: A keen dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to maximize productivity.

Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team environment.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive CRM systems and other digital tools.

Reliable Transportation: Must have consistent access to reliable transportation.
