Our services include monumental custom work for corporate, institutional, retail, restaurant, and residential clients.
Accounting & Payroll Specialist / HR Support
We ae seeking a highly detailed and motivated individual who can analyze complex financial records and reports, oversee billings, costs, and subcontracts on assigned projects, input and reconcile invoices, process all aspects of payroll, and support Accounting & the Human Resource department, as required.
Responsibilities of this Role:
Process all aspects of weekly payroll
Assist with payroll reporting, recordkeeping, and benefit administration.
Input and maintain project-related records, including, but not limited to, change orders, progress billings, and subcontracts.
Review project job costing and ensure project billings are accurate.
Review and approve material supplier invoices.
Investigate project variances and submit variance analysis to CFO.
Assist project management with slip work change orders.
Input, reconcile, and review subcontractor change orders.
Report to project team and CFO on opportunities for additional billings
Assist with annual financial and compliance audit preparations
Cover reception desk tasks as needed
Perform other accounting, human resources, and administrative duties, as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education in accounting, human resources or relatable work experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, outlook, teams, and word, Adobe, and familiarity with accounting and payroll software
