Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively by providing accurate information, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
Sales Support (if applicable): Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate, meeting sales targets.
