Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, both internal and external, ensuring that our messaging aligns with company values, goals, and objectives. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

• 
  External Communications: Draft and send press releases, media statements, and other forms of communication to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and the public.


• 
  Internal Communications: Support internal communications by creating and distributing company-wide newsletters, updates, and other relevant information.


• 
  Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.


• 
  Crisis Management: Assist in communication efforts during company crises or emergencies, ensuring the flow of accurate and timely information.


• 
  Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and webinars.


• 
  Reporting: Provide regular reports on communication activities, including social media engagement, media coverage, and customer feedback.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
