As an Event Assistant, you will assist with the logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure that each event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, social events, and more.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to confirm event details and schedules.
- Help with the setup, breakdown, and execution of events, ensuring all activities go according to plan.
- Manage event registration, including tracking guest lists and preparing event materials.
- Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, name tags, and promotional items.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logistical needs for attendees and staff.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including troubleshooting and handling any issues that arise.
- Assist with the creation of event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Ensure the event space is organized and meets the event’s requirements (e.g., audio-visual setup, seating arrangements, etc.).
