We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, including corporate events, conferences, weddings, and private parties. You will assist the Event Manager and other team members in ensuring that events run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning Support : Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and decor.
- Vendor Coordination : Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products needed for events.
- On-site Assistance : Help with setting up and breaking down event spaces, arranging equipment, furniture, and decor, and ensuring that all event details are in place.
- Administrative Support : Handle event-related documentation, including contracts, schedules, and other paperwork.
- Problem-Solving : Provide quick solutions to issues that may arise on the day of the event, working to minimize disruptions.
- Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for clients leading up to and during events, ensuring all their needs are met.
- Post-event Evaluation : Assist in post-event wrap-up, including collecting feedback, evaluating event performance, and helping with any follow-up tasks.
