Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation and mailing of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute office memos and internal communications.
- Provide clerical support for other departments as needed.
- Handle data entry and maintain records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office training is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
