Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports.
- Assist in the scheduling of appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and perform regular inventory checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
