We are currently seeking a Business Office Manager to manage personnel as they perform the following duties. Dispatching, phone calls, communication with customers, techs and vendors and scheduling, managing files, invoicing and updating documents. An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, leadership skills and have a working knowledge of the Topeka area. You will be overseeing general duties and implementing policies. We offer Aflac, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and cell phone allowance after probationary period. Salary depends on experience.
Microsoft Office

High school diploma or GED
Previous office experience preferred
