Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Director in Orlando to lead and grow a high-performing sales team by focusing on people and strategy. The role involves team building, coaching, and driving performance while achieving business financial goals. A strategic leader, you'll optimize office operations, foster future leadership, and improve agent productivity, all while providing exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
-Meet transaction goals with MSRE leadership
-Build relationships with local realtors and agents
-Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
-Develop efficient office systems and a future talent pipeline
-Minimize turnover through coaching and accountability
-Conduct regular sales meetings and daily huddles
Qualifications:
-Florida Real Estate License
-4 years of sales and leadership experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
