Mark Spain Real Estate has a fantastic opportunity for licensed Real Estate Agents that enjoy the contract to close work. Our Investor Listing Agent will help sell and close homes that we have listed. The agent will be primarily following up for showing feedback, communicating recommendations on pricing and feedback, and negotiating contracts to closing.
To achieve success with this position you must :
- Demonstrate technical proficiency and computer skills
- Be organized and possess excellent communication skills
- Have a proven track record delivering a great client experience per appt surveys and NPS results
- Operate well while under pressure managing a high volume of closing transactions monthly (30 )
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License, required
