- Assist pediatric therapists in the preparation and execution of therapy sessions.
- Set up and maintain therapy equipment and materials, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Provide hands-on assistance to children during therapy sessions under the guidance of a licensed therapist, including positioning, mobility, and engagement in therapeutic activities.
- Observe and document children's responses to therapy, progress, and any concerns, and report these observations to the supervising therapist.
- Engage with children using appropriate play and communication techniques to foster a positive and supportive therapy environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing patient files, and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in pediatric therapy.
- Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervising therapist or clinic manager to support the overall goals of the pediatric therapy program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28,000.00 - $38,500.00 per year
