Casual Greeter / Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
- Primary responsibilities of this position are to control showroom traffic and answer / direct all incoming calls.
- Maintain consistent communication with the sales staff
- Greet and/or Assist customers
- Various other duties as needed, such as, mailings, sorting and/or filing
- Make cookies, popcorn and coffee for customer lounge
- Stock customer lounge supplies and keep inventory of supplies
- Keep showroom and customer lounge tidy and clean
Experience / Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required for this position and ability to work as a team.
- Previous experience with a multiple line telephone system as well as intermediate level computer skills.
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
Shift / Work Days:
Looking for an individual who can work 2-3 days a week and occasional Saturdays (typically 1 a month) between the hours of 7:30am-6pm. Afternoons and Friday availability is a must as the majority of the hours would be afternoons and Fridays.
This position will be part-time, around 10-15 hours a week, but additional hours may be available pending vacations and/or time off requests. Ideal candidate would allow for flexible hours but willing to work with the right individual. There will be opportunity for increased hours in the summer!
