As a Casino Host, you'll be the face of Mark Twain Casino, driving our sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain VIP players. You'll build and nurture exclusive relationships with high-value clients, using your exceptional sales and marketing skills to create unparalleled loyalty and generate impressive gaming revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Your role as a Casino Host comes with exciting and varied responsibilities:

• Player Development:
• Attract new players, maintain relationships with existing ones, and provide exceptional service to all VIP casino guests.
• Foster an atmosphere of exclusivity and exceptional service.
• Support Marketing Team:
• Assist the Marketing Manager and Supervisor with various duties, ensuring smooth operations.
• Utilize innovative marketing techniques to enhance player engagement.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by management.
• Safeguard Company Assets: Ensure the security and integrity of our casino's resources.
• Event Participation: Be the life of the party at promotional events, special gatherings, and VIP parties, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with players on the casino floor to gather valuable insights and feedback. Redeem points for Player's Club members at the gift shop, enhancing their experience.
• Host On-Site Events: Organize and conduct exciting events and promotional parties to keep our guests loyal and engaged.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
• Effectively operate and work with the latest standard office technology.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must have computer skills and experience in Excel.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a gaming-related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, casino host, or marketing roles.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.
