Certification Details ACLS BLS PALS Job Details ICU - Manager position at Mark Twain Medical Center 6 beds in the ICU House supervisor for hospital to fill in as charge as needed Hospitalist in house 24 / 7, intensivist available via telehealth Job Requirements Must have at least one year of experience working in ICU Must be flexible to needs of unit and hospital No prior travel experience is needed Must be a team player Schedule Information 12 hr shifts, 7-7 Self-scheduling to some degree Schedules made out about 3-4 weeks in advance Currently no set requirement but traveler should be expected to work holidays if needed Unit Specific Information Floating requirements : Float to MedSurg / swing where ratio is 1 : 4 for tele & 1 : 5 for MedSurg ICU may close if there is no need for patients to stay on unit If ICU closes, RN goes on standby in case we need to reopen Additional Details Orientation dates are only once per month Dress Code : No Hoodies / Sweatshirts or Sweat Jackets Located 11 miles from New Hogan Lake Located about 10 miles from historic California Caverns
