Commercial Refrigeration Technicians work closely with clients in the Retail Refrigeration Industry as well as colleagues on his/her team.

Commercial Refrigeration Technicians work closely with clients in the Retail Refrigeration Industry as well as colleagues on his/her team.
- Must be able to work days and nights (70% nights - 30% days)**
- Install HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures
- Ensure systems are installed in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC/R systems
- Replace defective components and parts as necessary
- Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper operation
- Identify and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Verify system functionality and performance after installation and repair
- Have clean Driving Record
- Own and carry all tools required for installation
- Within 6 months of hire pass CFC certification
- Ability to speak English
- Ability to work out of town on occasion
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Managers and Vendors
