We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. You will play a key role in scaling our team by owning full-cycle recruiting across various departments. - Maintained structured workflows in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate candidate data and a smooth hiring experience
- Sourced passive candidates for a hard-to-fill role using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Collaborated with another recruiter to troubleshoot an interview process bottleneck
- Participated in a debrief session, helping drive a balanced and inclusive decision-making conversation
- Shared key recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline updates with department leaders
