JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager, you will oversee projects pertaining to medical gas from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will utilize your core skills in project management and construction coordination, while leveraging premium tools like and for efficient project execution. Your expertise in blueprint reading and time management will be essential in navigating construction sites and managing contracts. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in project management and construction management.
- Strong skills in project scheduling and coordination.
- Excellent time management abilities and experience in project implementation.
- Familiarity with plan reading, contracts, and construction estimating.
- Knowledge of construction site operations and relevant schematics.
DUTIES:
*Supervise and coordinate the installation of plumbing systems on one or more commercial construction projects
*Manage multiple project schedules and crew schedules, arrange appointments, job walks, meetings, etc
*Ensure projects are completed on schedule
*Review schedules and progress frequently
*Coordinate with GC's project team, Subcontractors, and the Markade internal project team to ensure proper manpower allocation, material deliveries, and adherence to plans and specifications
*Verify installation progress and that installation is in accordance with plans and specifications
*Prepare and submit RFI's to customers/vendors
*Follow and ensure employees follow all safety requirements per OSHA standards and/or project requirements
*Ensure our employees, subcontractors, etc. are utilizing the most current drawings, specifications books, etc. in the field
*Communicate with estimating team and/or Sr Project Managers for required change order pricing on your assigned projects
*Obtain quotes from various vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary
*Assist with material take-offs and placing purchase orders
*Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of required monthly reporting related to work in progress and manpower requirements
*Own the overall outcome of the project
*Manage material and labor efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
