Job Title: Part-Time Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Fashion Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Availability:
• Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on workload and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
• QC Seasonal Samples: Inspect seasonal samples thoroughly and prepare them for fittings to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
• Spec and QC Client Orders: Measure and inspect client orders and production units to confirm accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Package and Ship Orders: Prepare and ship client orders and production shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory Management: Organize the packaging area, restock inventory, and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Errands: Occasionally run errands to pick up fabrics, trims, and other materials as needed.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Basic hand-sewing skills for minor adjustments or repairs.
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality and craftsmanship.
• Understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in quality control or fashion production is a plus.
