We’re currently looking for a Master Technician to bring advanced diagnostic and repair expertise to our growing team. In this key role, you’ll handle complex repairs across various makes and models, help maintain our high service standards, and mentor junior technicians along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform complex repairs on all vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, A/C service, suspension, and brakes.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections with accuracy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and labor times.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed.
- Assist in mentoring and training of junior technicians.
- Stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a line technician in a professional shop environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience with modern vehicle technology.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Provide your own toolbox and tools (we provide specialized equipment and tools as needed).
