We are seeking a highly respected Principal Electrical Engineer to lead our embedded systems solutions team. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge embedded systems solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex electrical problems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Design and implement circuit boards, wiring diagrams, and other electrical systems.
- Mentor and lead less experienced engineers in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in product development.
- Expertise in system design, analog and digital circuit design, solid state power electronics, and microprocessor systems.
- Proficient in PCB design, testing, analysis, and validation.
- Experience with EMI/EMC design, testing techniques, and Agency certification practices.
