Your Role : As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work in a collaborative environment where you will apply your electronic engineering expertise in the analysis, design, testing, and manufacture of our products / systems. You will closely collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful development and application of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and address Customer requirements and expectations related to product / system performance.
- Translate Customer needs into enhancements or new product ideas.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure product / system performance meets objectives.
- Resolve product / system issues impacting internal and external customers through research, redesign, and validation.
- Oversee all phases of product development, including design, component selection, and verification.
- Initiate and lead the development of new electronic circuits or systems.
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering software to perform schematic capture and circuit simulation.
- Evaluate and recommend components and systems based on specifications and reliability.
- Plan and implement design approaches through the adoption of new technology.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D community.
- Lead complex electrical design functions tied to new product development.
- Collaborate with engineers to acquire and verify electrical performance metrics.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
- Engage with key account relationships for custom applications and validations.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers to support production equipment needs.
- Facilitate design review meetings and participate in annual business planning.
- Maintain thorough laboratory notebooks following research and design protocols.
- Travel to interface with customers and business centers as necessary.

Work Arrangement : Onsite
Salary Range : $150,000.00 - $170,000.00
