Position Summary :
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will thrive in a collaborative environment by applying your electronic expertise to the analysis, design, testing, and manufacturing of advanced products and systems. Key Responsibilities :
- Understand customer needs and effectively translate them into product improvements or innovative designs.
- Collaborate with various departments including Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Product Management to achieve performance objectives.
- Address and resolve product / system issues impacting customer satisfaction through research, redesign, and effective communication.
- Lead all phases of product development, including specification, design, component selection, and validation.
- Drive the development of new electronic circuits and systems, utilizing advanced engineering software for precise design and simulation.
- Leverage your knowledge to recommend complex components and systems based on thorough analysis and vendor capabilities.
- Plan and execute design methodologies through innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D community.
- Lead complex electrical design tasks, integrating mechanical and chemical engineering aspects as needed.
- Engage in technical discussions and review meetings to ensure design accuracy.
- Support business growth by collaborating with sales and service teams to identify revenue opportunities.
- Contribute to annual business planning sessions related to Electrical R&D.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all research and design activities.
- Travel to customers and business centers as required to foster strong relationships and facilitate project success.

Salary Range : $150,000.00 - $170,000.00
