Position: Entry-Level Bakery Associate
Location: Market 360, Newhaven CT
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in mixing, shaping, and baking fresh breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Package and label products for display and customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety standards.
- Support bakers with prep work, ingredient stocking, and dishwashing.
- Provide friendly customer service at the bakery counter when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience necessary—just a positive attitude and a strong work ethic!
- Passion for baking and a willingness to learn from experienced bakers.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
