Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the deli department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate deli staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including equipment and workspaces.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the store.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new deli staff members.
Skills
