Market Access Direct is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry associate to join their team. We are a rapidly growing marketing consulting and lead generation organization specializing in marketing insurance and financial service products. This role is a stepping stone to a career in Marketing.
This role will is on-site and will be responsible for the processing of marketing responses from both the mail and our digital databases. This capturing of information requires a high degree of accuracy and precision in your data entry.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather, capture, and transfer data from physical documents to our digital databases in an accurate and timely manner.
- Verifies entered data by thorough reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintains and protects confidential customer information.
- Run mail merge and letter processing programs.
The ideal candidate will possess, but is not limited to the following:
- Basic computer skills.
- Quick typing skills at least 50 wpm
- Microsoft Office proficient. Specializing in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organization
- Data entry or clerical experience preferred
Daytime hours. Somewhat flexible. We have worked around school hours. On site.
Perfect for the person looking to work approximately 20 hours per week.
