Job Description: As an Overnight Grocery Team Leader at Market District, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our grocery department. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising stocking and receiving, participating in taking physical inventories, and overseeing all training of new and current Team Members. You will also be responsible for helping reduce and eliminate shrink, properly handling products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines, and actively participating in and promoting an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion, and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors, and the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in Restaurant/Barista or related field and possess certification or licensing required: Food Safety. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge, interest, and passion for Starbucks beverages and products, take an active role in building the store's product assortment by cultivating strong working relationships with guests and vendors, and be able to work a flexible schedule that could include nights, weekends, and holidays.
