- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
- Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Licensing Preferred: R. A. M. P. (Responsible Alcohol Management Program), desired
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the ordering, receiving and stocking of alcoholic beverages in restaurant area.
- Collaborate with vendors regarding pricing, pricing accuracy, new items and discontinued items.
- Manage and implement all product tags, including weekly tags, tags for new items, discontinued items and special promotions.
- Assist with cashiering in the restaurant area.
- Control department costs by monitoring and improving operations.
- Maintain accurate department records to ensure documentation of activities is available.
- Understand and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests and products.
- Actively participate in, and promote, an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors and the community.
