As a key player in developing our store's operations, you will be responsible for leading the Perishable Team and ensuring seamless execution of department records, processes, standards, and methods.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise stocking and receiving
* Participate in taking physical inventories
* Deliver outstanding customer service by leading the team by example
* Oversee and evaluate all training of new and current Team Members
* Help reduce and eliminate shrink
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in Restaurant/Barista or related field preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
