Leadership Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Promote and develop individuals with mutual respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity.
- Coach Team Members on a regular basis with timely feedback, identifying opportunities for development and coaching for success.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Interview, select, and train Team Members.
- Direct the work of Team Members.
- Appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency for promotion or status changes.
- Handle Team Member issues, including complaints.
- Discipline Team Members.
- Plan and distribute work among Team Members.
- Ensure Team Member safety and security.
- Manage departmental budgets and inventory.
- Monitor compliance measures.
Fundamental Skills and Knowledge
- Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
