We have an exciting new role for a for a Sales Operations Specialist (We call them Sponsor Success Managers here) to help ensure independent voices are heard.

We are looking for a quick-thinking problem-solver to join our sales ad ops team to work alongside our market leader and sales team to ensure our client’s messages are delivered problem-free. What you will be doing :
- Understand and support the sales process / procedures to successfully recommend products and schedules and execute client campaigns.
- Working with the creative services team, ensure that proposals capture the right products and pricing.
- Once sold, ensure the execution of client campaigns and proactively communicate to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable of the client’s on-air schedules, billing, and problem resolution.
- Enter and revise orders in the traffic system.
- Perform month-end reconciliation.
- Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps.
