This position combines food handling, guest services, and cross-training as a Guest Services Agent, ensuring you develop a diverse skill set while offering top-tier service in our exclusive Concierge Lounge.

Position Overview: As a Concierge Club Level Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver outstanding service in the lounge. This includes setting up and maintaining the breakfast service from 7am-10am, providing afternoon tea service from 2pm-4pm, and serving evening hors d'oeuvres from 6pm-8pm. Additionally, you will assist with guest inquiries and be cross-trained to assist as a Guest Services Agent, helping with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest needs when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain breakfast service in the Concierge Lounge from 5:30am-10am, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
• Provide a welcoming and relaxing afternoon tea service from 2pm-4pm, offering guests a comfortable space.
• Serve evening hors d'oeuvres from 6pm-8pm, ensuring that all food items are replenished and presented to a high standard.
• Assist with the cleanliness and organization of the lounge, ensuring it is always well-maintained.
• During daily downtime, assist as a Guest Services Agent in the hotel lobby. This includes performing check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and processing dining reservation calls.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing assistance with questions, requests, and local information.
• Cross-train as a Guest Services Agent to support the front desk during high-demand periods, including assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest requests.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
• Provide exceptional service in all interactions with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, guest services, or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail in both food handling and guest interactions.
• Reliable transportation is required, as the morning shift starts at 5:30am.
• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A strong desire to serve guests with excellent service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist in various areas as needed.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage, based on experience.
