We are currently seeking a Night Auditor – Guest Services Representative with a sincere passion for hospitality, guest service, and exceeding expectations. Candidates must be friendly, dependable, and professional with a desire to create meaningful guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk
- Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests
- Reconcile daily receipts; process and balance cash and credit transactions
- Provide hotel, dining, and city information to guests
- Handle incoming reservation calls for the hotel and Grill 225
- Enter guest information, notes, and preferences into reservation software
- Follow structured scripting and guest service protocols for consistency and quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, concierge, or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability in previous positions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured procedures and protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Must have held a previous role for at least one full year
Schedule Flexibility
- Primary shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 2 nights per week
- Full-time opportunities available for candidates open to additional shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Auditors will undergo Guest Services training (7 AM–3 PM and/or 3 PM–11 PM) to ensure full understanding of the position
