JOB OVERVIEW
E.A. Langenfeld is seeking a motivated and creative digital marketer with a passion for email marketing to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing email campaigns, managing segmentation/email lists, analyzing key performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the design team to create engaging campaigns for numerous brands across the hardware channel.
As we continue to enhance our email marketing strategies, experience with A/B testing is a plus but not required. Familiarity with graphic design is also beneficial but not a requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with our client's business objectives, including email blasts, newsletters, automated emails and drip campaigns.
? Manage segmentation/email lists and ensure email deliverability by maintaining list hygiene. Knowledge in SPAM compliance regulations is a plus.
? Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights to share campaign success and refine email strategies.
? Maintain and enhance responsive email templates within Pardot to ensure emails are mobile friendly and appear accurately across email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.).
? Collaborate with internal teams to effectively conceptualize, craft messaging and campaigns to effectively engage B2B customers.
? Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and user engagement.
? Stay current with email marketing trends, tools and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

? Bachelor’s degree
? 2 years experience in email marketing or digital marketing (preferred).
? Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, analytics and optimization.
? Knowledge in key marketing principles (email marketing, digital marketing, content marketing).
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Experience with Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar email marketing is helpful.
? Portfolio of past email marketing work is beneficial.
