- Greeting customers with a great attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
- Operating cash registers quickly and accurately. Answering customer questions.
- Bagging purchases as needed. Balancing cash registers.
- Make accurate change.
- Handling returns, exchanges and complaints.
- Answering phones as needed. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Promoting customer loyalty plans. Helping fellow cashiers solve problems.
- Helping with light stocking, cleaning and other duties as needed.
Requirements:
o Must be able to communicate with customers and team members in a friendly manner.
