What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front End Manager position at Market Street Grill and Oyster Bar?
We are looking for a Manager to work at the Market Street Grill and Oyster Bar. This position will be to fill an opening at our Cottonwood location.
This individual will assist with greeting, seating, scheduling, inventory, directing staff, opening and closing the restaurant and interacting with guests.

Requirement and Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, a minimum of 1 year management experience and :
- The ability to function well in a high volume upscale restaurant and exhibit grace under pressure
- The ability to interview, hire, train and direct kitchen and service staff
- The ability to produce work of high quality
- The ability to manage inventory and order product
- Advanced food safety knowledge
- The ability to obtain pre-determined results, including working within the guidelines of a budget and understanding a financial statement
- Good communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor, and the ability to work well within an overall restaurant team, including both front and back of house. The ideal candidate will know how to run a smooth floor, be sharp, energetic, hospitality oriented, have great interpersonal skills and a good work ethic.
