Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, including banquet services.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving beverages.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
- Experience with Toast POS system is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
