Could you be a good fit? We are looking for the best, highly skilled Application Developer to join the team of our exceptional client located in the greater Portland ME area. This is a fully remote role.
Benefits :What will your day look like? As an Application Developer you will :
- Code, test, design, document, and debug programs based on technical configurations developed by project teams and analysts.
- Track and estimate time required to complete work, for financial tracking and project budgeting.
- Develop program designs to meet technical configurations while ensuring that resulting systems will operate reliably and efficiently.
- Design solutions within a set framework or architecture that is defined by a higher-level engineer.
- Code programs using various programming languages as appropriate. Ensure that the design integrates with other related systems.
- 3 or more years of related experience
- Demonstrated Java development experience in relevant toolset.
- Working knowledge of Integrated Development concept (IDE)
- Experience in AWS cloud development (serverless and caching services)
- Experience troubleshooting and triaging issues.
- Self-motivation and experience in production support.
- Experience developing in an enterprise and / or multi-tier environment.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams a plus.
- Understanding of and experience with secure coding and design principles a plus
