What will your day look like? As a Global Business Services Consultant you will:
- Maintain centralized customer master data on system. Set up and maintain account information including sales, maintenance, and other contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to clarify policies, exchange information, and resolve customer issues as needed.
- Provide support to marketing, sales, customer support, and other areas.
- Perform a variety of accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer data, employee travel data/credit card administration and/or other related data input /posting / maintenance / processing into financial accounts and related systems.
- Audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies and making corrections as needed. Facilitate collection activities as appropriate.
You will be a good fit for the Global Business Services Consultant role if you have:
- Data entry skills, including speed and accuracy in a time-critical, fast-paced environment
- The ability to work with a variety of databases and systems. SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of Microsoft 360
- Salesforce Lighting experience a plus
